Returns and complaints

Dear customer, we are deeply sorry that you have reason to return. Here you will find some information that will help you out.

Goods don’t fit or don’t like? No problem!

After receiving the goods, you have a full 14 days to send the goods back to us using the return documents provided by email. Alternatively, you can also find the return documents in your online customer account. There are no additional costs for you. International customers please note the information below!

You have the following options between which you can choose when returning:

Exchanges / reappointment
money back

Simply enter on the return slip which option you choose, so that we can implement this accordingly during processing.

Goods that are returned must be in a resalable condition (all labels / labels must be present, free of dirt. Further information on exchanges and deadlines can be found in our terms and conditions. You can find our terms and conditions here.


Goods are damaged / delivery error

Does the type of the delivered goods miss match the goods you ordered or is it damaged? Please contact our customer service directly so that the procedure can be checked accordingly. There is also additional information on the back of the delivery note in the package, which can help you in the first step.
